Terms and Conditions

Using this site

By ordering from valejeans.com you agree to what is written here. Using valejeans.com means you accept these terms as they stand. Accounts are optional and can be deleted at any time. Using automated tools against the site is not permitted. Photographs and copy on valejeans.com belong to us and may not be reused. That holds across every Vale range we carry. Descriptions of vale jeans are written by us and checked against the piece itself.

Orders and Vale pricing

Quantities are limited to what the shelf holds. If a price is listed in error, we will tell you before charging. Payment is taken at confirmation, not at dispatch. We may decline an order if the item turns out not to be available. An order is an offer; the contract starts when we confirm dispatch. It is the same for every Vale piece on the site. We reserve the right to refuse an order of vale jeans we cannot fulfil honestly.

Photographs of our Vale pieces

Prices are shown in US dollars and include what the page says they include. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil. We cancel and refund in full rather than ship something wrong. This page sets out the rules for using valejeans.com. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. This is true of the whole Vale catalogue. Where a listing for vale jeans contains an obvious error, we tell you before charging.

Intellectual property

You may not copy the site's text or images for commercial use. Brand names belong to their owners and appear here descriptively. The text on this site is written here and is ours. Brand names shown here belong to their owners, not to us. Nothing on this site transfers any trademark to you. Nothing about a Vale order works differently. Measurements given for vale jeans are taken by hand and may vary slightly.

Liability

We are responsible for what we sell and for how it arrives. We are responsible for the goods we sell, not for indirect losses. Claims are limited to what you paid for the item concerned. Where a term is unenforceable, the rest still stands. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law. The same applies to every Vale order we handle. Any dispute over an order of vale jeans is handled under the law named below.

Changes to these Vale terms

Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right. We do not promise the site will never be offline. Stock is finite; a piece is not reserved until the order is paid for. We may suspend access where an order is clearly fraudulent. We are not responsible for how a carrier handles a parcel after delivery. Every Vale order we take is handled this way. Photographs of vale jeans on this site are ours and may not be reused.

How we handle Vale disputes

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it. The layout, wording and photography are ours. Access to valejeans.com is offered on these conditions. These terms cover everything you do on valejeans.com. Where the law gives you more, the law wins over this page. The same applies to every Vale order we handle. Stock of vale jeans moves quickly, so an item in your basket is not reserved.
