Processing and dispatch

A packing slip goes in every box, with the order number on it. Your parcel is packed the day after the order at the latest. Orders are prepared within one business day. Tracking is sent on dispatch, not on request. Processing takes a day at most, weekends aside. This is true of the whole Vale catalogue.
